3.3 LPDDR4 Interface Schematics

As stated above, LPDDR4 supports many different implementation topologies but the device only supports a single 16-bit channel for LPDDR4. Figure 3-1 illustrates the supported 16-bit, single-rank, single-channel LPDDR4 implementation. SDRAMs with additional channels and/or dies can be used but the additional channels/dies will be unconnected and not used.
