Gets the electrical frequency of the motor in per unit (pu), IQ24. Similar to EST_getFe() function, this function returns the electrical frequency of the motor in per units. In order to convert the electrical frequency from per units to Hz, the user needs to multiply the returned value by the following scale factor:
