PCI-Express (PCIe) Gen2 (5.0 GT/s) operation is not supported for operating junction temperatures (Tj) of < 0°C. Limit device operation to PCIe Gen1 (2.5 GT/s) in both Endpoint and Root-Complex configurations when Tj < 0°C.
