MCRC IP when accessed via multiple Initiators in parallel can cause the IP to hang

Revision(s) Affected:

AWR294`x ES2.0

Description:

When multiple initiators try to access the IP at the same time, the IP interface is not able to support such access and this could cause the IP to hang.

Workaround(s):

SW should ensure that there is only a single initiator that will access the IP at any given time.
