2.3 Highlighted Products

The TIDA-010053 design includes three state-of-the-art power switching devices with the boost/buck-boost device supporting boosting the voltage of a single LiMnO2 primary cell up to 3.6 V. The ultra-low IQ current buck device enables the usage of two primary cells, in-series and regulates the output voltage to 3.3 V.
