Features

  • The three power supply topologies for scalable loads:

    • TPS63900: 400-mA buck-boost with 75-nA IQ
    • TPS610995: 1-A boost with 400-nA IQ
    • TPS62840: 750-mA buck with 60-nA IQ
  • TPS63900 provides dynamic voltage scaling which allows applications to switch between two output voltages during operation. This can save power by using a lower system supply voltage during standby operation.
