In this calibration process, the first step is to set RG = 100 kΩ , RF = 5 kΩ and to short ZX. This will give,
With G1 being the measured gain, and RF being the calibrated value of 5kΩ found in the previous step. Using this, the calibrated value of RG = 100kΩ can be found. After calibrating for RG = 100 kΩ, we can then use this to calibrate RF = 100 kΩ using GCAL from the short calibration step. In this way, we have obtained calibrated values of RF in all the three settings.
