Have you been wishing for FRAM to be incorporated into the MSP430G2x series or been having difficulty integrating FRAM into space constrained applications? Well your prayers have finally been answered! Meet the MSP430FR2433 microcontroller (MCU).
We can’t forget to mention that the MSP430FR2433 even offers a 10-bit ADC—all in a small 4x4 mm2 package. Oh and that additional RAM and hardware multiplier, well it makes the FR2433 a perfect fit for industrial sensors, which need to gather and process a lot of data.
Go ahead, check out the MSP430FR2433 that is now in production and that can be evaluated using the MSP-TS430RGE24A. And keep in mind, that the combination of FRAM and small package size makes these MCUs a perfect fit for applications that include industrial sensors, electronic door locks and small test and measurement devices (example: calipers).
