1.1.1 I2C Transaction Structure

All I2C transactions are composed of a number of bytes, combined in the following order:

START Condition, 7-Bit Secondary Address Byte + 1 R/W Bit, Sub-Address Byte, N-Data Bytes, STOP Condition

Note:

Note: The DLPC900 uses a 7-Bit Address Byte followed by a Read or Write Bit for a total of 8 bits. If 8 bits with an added Read or Write Bit are used for a total of 9 bits, this command is invalid.
