2.5.1 Destination Controller Command (Dual Controller System)

The Destination Controller Command only applies to Dual Controller sytems only and has no meaning for Single Controller systems. Setting the destination controller with this command determines which controller will respond to the read or write request sent.

Note: Some modes and commands require both controllers to execute the instruction. These commands are:
  • Power Mode
  • DMD Standby and Idle Modes
  • DMD Park/Unpark
  • Display Mode Selection
  • Destination Controller Command
  • Memory Read/Write Command
