Table 10-1 describes the byte layout of the calibration block in one word (4 bytes) per row. Some sub-blocks are variable size. The pointer column indicates the address that an "Offset ()" value must be set to. For example, "Offset (Cal Header)" can be replaced with the value 0000002Ch since this is the location of the Cal Header pointer.
Multi-byte values use little endian format (LSB first).
The calibration data must fill the nearest flash sector (4096 bytes). Padding bytes should be 0xFF.
