Read

This command reads the start address of the Splash (Type = 1), Test Pattern (Type = 2), External Video (Type = 3) or Generic (Type = 4 + Generic Type Index) command list specified as per the argument. Generic command lists are further classified into Generic Types. To get the address of the type N (starting from 0) the 3rd byte must be (4 + N).
