5.3 DLPC900 UART Headers

The UART output headers pinout (connector J7 - primary and connector J17 - secondary) is shown in Table 5-3. The UART headers are used solely for debug message outputs to a terminal. The TX out is 3.3V TTL level and requires on external transceiver to convert the TTL level signals to RS232. The connector is a 6 pin header.

Note: The DLPC900 UART headers must be included in any design for debug purposes.
