Bypass Capacitors

C1 and C2 are 1μF and 0.1μF supply bypass capacitors respectively. The capacitors are present to help smooth the supply voltage of the INA79x. Typically only one 0.1μF bypass capacitor is required. The EVM can come with both capacitors populated.
