SBOK051 November 2023 OPA4H014-SEP
PRODUCTION DATA
Post-irradiation HDR and LDR parametric data for the OPA4H014-SEP were compared at 10 krad(Si), 20 krad(Si), and 30 krad(Si), and no parametric failures were found under either irradiation condition. All tested parameters are found to be within the data sheet specifications and the guardbanded test limits. A comparison of the median radiation-induced parametric change at low dose rates (ΔPARALDR) to the median radiation-induced parametric change at high dose rates (ΔPARAHDR) showed that for some parameters, ΔPARALDR > 1.5 × ΔPARAHDR. This is because the small magnitude of the actual shifts for both exposure conditions leads to high ratiometric results when the two are compared. Because the measured post-LDR values of all parameters are below the pre-irradiation electrical specification limits at the specification dose, the OPA4H014-SEP is not considered Enhanced Low Dose Rate Sensitive to 30 krad(Si) under MIL-STD-883, Method 1019.
Because the OPA4H014-SEP is non-ELDRS, production RLAT for the device is performed with high dose rate Condition A to a maximum total dose of 30 krad(Si), as specified in MIL-STD-883, Method 1019. The radiation end point limits for the specified parameters are guaranteed only for the conditions specified in MIL-STD-883, Method 1019, Condition A.
