2.1 Test Overview

The TRF0208-SEP was tested according to MIL-STD-883, Test Method 1019, Condition A. The product was irradiated up to 50krad(Si) and then put through full electrical parametric testing on the production Automated Test Equipment (ATE). The device was functional and passed all electrical parametric tests with readings within guard bands of the Vendor Item Drawing (VID) electrical specification limits. ELDRS is Qualified By Similarity (QBS).
