Power Supply Recommendations

The OPA6x7 are specified for operation from 9V to 36V (±4.5V to ±18V); many specifications apply from –25°C to +85°C (OPA6x7AU, OPA627BU, OPA6x7AM, and OPA6x7BM) and –55°C to +125°C (OPA6x7SM). Parameters that can exhibit significant variance with regard to operating voltage or temperature are presented in the Section 5.9.
