  • Qualified for automotive applications
  • AEC-Q100 qualified with the following results:
    • Device temperature grade 1: –40°C to +125°C ambient operating temperature
    • Device HBM ESD classification level 2
    • Device CDM ESD classification level C6
  • Functional Safety-Capable
    • Documentation available to aid functional safety system design
  • Wide common-mode input range: 0 V to 36 V
  • Dual output: amplifier and comparator output
  • High accuracy amplifier:
    • Offset voltage: 35 µV (maximum)
    • Offset voltage drift: 0.5 µV/°C (maximum)
    • Gain error: 0.1% (maximum)
    • Gain error drift: 10 ppm/°C
  • Available amplifier gains:
    • INA301A1-Q1: 20 V/V
    • INA301A2-Q1: 50 V/V
    • INA301A3-Q1: 100 V/V
  • Programmable alert threshold set through a single resistor
  • Total alert response time: 1 µs
  • Open-drain output with both transparent and latching modes
