3.4 Connecting Power

After the two PCBs of the INA220 EVM are connected, as Figure 3-2 shows, connect the power to the EVM. Always connect power before connecting the USB cable. If the USB cable is connected before the power, the computer will attempt to communicate with an unpowered and unresponsive device
