3.1 Theory of Operation for INA226 Hardware

Figure 3-2 shows a block diagram of the INA226 test board hardware setup. The PCB provides connections to the I2C interface and general-purpose inputs/outputs (GPIOs) on the SM-USB-DIG Platform board. It also provides connection points for external connections of the shunt voltage, bus voltage, and ground.
