Device Information

The TPS7N53 is a low-noise (2.2 μVRMS), ultra-low dropout linear regulator (LDO) capable of sourcing 3A with 95mV of dropout (typ). The device is able to operate over an adjustable output voltage from 0.5V to 1.5V with a single external resistor. The TPS7N53 LDO is available in a 16-pin WQFN package with 3mm × 3mm footprint.
