Power-Off Leakage Current

Powered-off source and drain leakage current is defined as the leakage current flowing into or out of the source or drain pin when the device is powered off. This current is denoted by the symbol IPS(OFF) and IPD(OFF). Figure 6-4 shows the setup used to measure off-leakage current.
