Abstract

This report presents the reliability and qualification results for the Texas Instruments SN54SC6T07-SEP. The SN54SC6T07-SEP device is a radiation tolerant, hex open-drain buffers with integrated translation in space enhanced plastic (SEP). The SN54SC6T07-SEP is manufactured with a controlled baseline that has the following:
