This report presents the reliability and qualification results for the SN54SC8T157-SEP device, radiation tolerant quadruple 2-line to 1-line data selectors/multiplexersr in SEP (Space Enhanced Plastic). The SN54SC8T157-SEP device is manufactured with a controlled baseline and has the following:
