The CC110x devices send data using the packet structure in Table 2-2.
The configuration for the CC110x in MSPBoot is as follows:
The data speed can be set to either 1.2 or 38.4kbps through the variable sent by the radio_init function inside of TI_MSPBoot_CI_PHYDL_CC1101.c. Radio frequency can be altered in TI_MSPBoot_Config.h. Changes must be made to both the target and host firmware project. See the CC1101 Low-Power Sub-1 GHz RF Transceiver data sheet for more information regarding common CC1101x command and other communication details.
The packet structure is identical to the BSL-based protocol, therefore it can be directly transferred from the PHY-DL to the NWK-APP layer with the expected formatting. This is also described in Section 2.4.2.1.2.
