7.3 Power Supply Recommendations

There is no power supply sequence required for HD3SS3411-Q1. However, TI recommends that OEn is asserted low after device supply VCC is stable and in specifications. TI also recommends that ample decoupling capacitors are placed at the device VCC near the pin.
