2.3.8.1 Writing and Reading FRAM

Referring to the statement above, the WriteMem_430Xv2 and ReadMem_430Xv2 functions can be used to read and write FRAM. WriteMemQuick_430Xv2 and ReadMemQuick_430Xv2 are applicable as well.
