Software development for a capacitive touch application is complicated and requires software tools such as GUI and IDE. The development process includes setting parameters and function development. Therefore, before reading this chapter, read Section 3.3 and Section 6 to understand the entire capacitive touch development chain, and to be familiar with the basic operations of the GUI and IDE. Capacitive touch software development can be roughly divided into five parts as shown in Figure 5-1. From the perspective of development time, software tuning takes the longest time. The following sections describe these development phases.
