Low frequency oscillator fault detection not functional

Description

When external digital clock source is selected for LFXT1 (bit LFXT1DIG=1 in register FLL_CTL1), oscillator faults may not be detected and the LFOF bit(in register FLL_CTL0)will not be set. User must ensure that an oscillator fault does not occur when external digital clock source is used in low-frequency mode.
