OFIFG is wrongly cleared by a SYSUNIV read

Description

In a situation where more than one NMI flag is set, and software reads the SYSUNIV register, and then the very next memory access is also to the SYS module, then it is possible that an additional, lower priority NMI flag will also be cleared.

Workaround

After reading the SYSUNIV register, insert an access to an address outside of the SYS module address space before making another access to the SYS module.
