SLLSEU9D June 2019 – June 2022 TLIN1021-Q1
PRODUCTION DATA
The TLIN1021-Q1 transmitter is protected by limiting the current. If the junction temperature, TJ, of the device exceeds the thermal shutdown threshold, TJ > TSDR, the device puts the LIN transmitter into the recessive state. Once the over temperature fault condition has been removed and the junction temperature has cooled beyond the hysteresis temperature, the transmitter is re-enabled. During this fault, the transceiver remains in normal mode, the integrated LIN bus pull-up termination remains on, the LIN receiver and RXD terminal remain active reflecting the LIN bus data.
