  • Supports continuous and pulsed operation
    • Continuous current: 50mA to 1A
    • Pulsed current: 50mA to 5A
      • Rise time (tr): 1ns rise time
      • Pulsed train: up to 250MHz
  • Low-current and high-current modes
  • 18V tolerance on IOUT
  • Supports LVDS, TTL, CMOS logic
  • Wide power supply voltage: 3V to 5.5V
  • Integrated thermal shutdown and power-down
