If OCP1 is limiting, it is easy to see that the peak PFC inductor current has a flat top around the peak of the line cycle. In this case TON < TONMAX around the peak of the line cycle but should still be TONMAX at the zero-crossing.
If TONMAX is limiting, you should see that the TON period is 12.8 µs and VCOMP is > 5 V.
