Application Information

The UCC21330 effectively combines both isolation and buffer-drive functions. The flexible, universal capability of the UCC21330 (with up to 5.5-V VCCI and 25-V VDDA/VDDB) allows the device to be used as a low-side, high-side, high-side/low-side or half-bridge driver for MOSFETs, IGBTs or SiC MOSFETs. With integrated components, advanced protection features (UVLO, dead time, and disable) and optimized switching performance; the UCC21330 enables designers to build smaller, more robust designs for enterprise, telecom, automotive, and industrial applications with a faster time to market.
