3.4 Does load present detection work with the charge FET on?

LOAD_PRESENT does not work with the CHG_EN set high (1). To use the load detection feature, set DSG_ON and CHG_ON low (0). When a load is on the PACK terminals, the CHG pin will be pulled up through the FET drive circuit and LOAD_PRESENT will be set when the voltage is above the VLOAD_DETECT threshold.
