3.21 StateOfCharge(): 0x2C and 0x2D

This read-only function returns an unsigned integer value of the predicted remaining battery capacity expressed as a percentage of FullChargeCapacity(), with a range of 0 to 100%. StateOfCharge() = RemainingCapacity() ÷ FullChargeCapacity() rounded up to the nearest whole percentage point.
