3.2.11 SET_SNOOZE: 0x0013

This command instructs the fuel gauge to set the CONTROL_STATUS [SNOOZE] bit to 1. This enables the SNOOZE power mode. The gauge enters the SNOOZE power mode after the transition conditions are met.
