Description: Configures the number of seconds to leave the High-Frequency Oscillator enabled after communications. Note that the one-second timer is asynchronous to communications, so the oscillator may turn off up to one second after than this delay. For I2C, this can reduce clock stretching at the expense of higher power consumption. For SPI, setting this parameter to a nonzero value enables a shorter time between Chip Select assertion and the first clock edge after the first transaction.
0 = High-Frequency Oscillator not left enabled for extra time after communications.
All other values = High-Frequency Oscillator left enabled for up to this many seconds after communications.
