5.3.22 Commanded Permanent Fail

The BQ76972 device includes the capability for the host to force a Permanent Fail by sending the 0x2857 PF_FORCE_A() subcommand followed by the 0x29A3 PF_FORCE_B() subcommand within 4 seconds. This PF is only allowed if the Settings:Permanent Failure:Enabled PF C[CMDF] and Settings:Manufacturing:Mfg Status Init[PF_EN] configuration bits are set.
