Test Point NumberTest Point Silkscreen LabelFunctionDescription
TP1VDDConnects to the VDD pin.Allows user to measure voltage into VDD.
TP2RESETConnects to the RESET pin.Allows user to measure the RESET output voltage.
TP3SENSEConnects to the SENSE pin.Allows user to measure voltage into SENSE.
TP4GNDConnects to ground.Allows user to use ground connections from multiple points.
TP5EXT2Connects to the RP resistor.Allows user to optionally pull up RP to an external voltage.
TP6GNDConnects to ground.Allows user to use ground connections from multiple points.
TP7GNDConnects to ground.Allows user to use ground connections from multiple points.
TP8GNDConnects to ground.Allows user to use ground connections from multiple points.
TP9GNDConnects to ground.Allows user to use ground connections from multiple points.
TP10VDDConnects to the VDD pin.Allows user to apply desired voltage to VDD pin.
TP11EXT_SConnects to Ra resistor.Allows user to apply a desired external voltage to sense pin decoupled from VDD.
