4 Summary

This report summarizes all data collected on the TMP9R00-SP. The data shows the TMP9R00-SP is latch-up immune up to 75 MeV. A SET study was done by monitoring the temperature readout of all 9 channels and recording events greater than ±1.5°C from the initial recorded temperatures.
