2.4.6 Probe the Serial Management Interface Signals (MDC, MDIO)

MDIO requires a 2.2 kΩ pull-up to the I/O supply when undriven. Probe MDIO to confirm the default voltage. Attempt to read the registers. Probe the MDC/MDIO signals during read and write operations, referencing the expected waveforms below:
