6.5.1 VDD Power Supply

Each VDD power supply pin must have a 10-nF capacitor to ground connected as close as possible to the DS90UB934-Q1 device. TI recommends having additional decoupling capacitors (0.1 µF, 1 µF, and 10 µF) on it. It is also recommended to have the pins connected to a solid power plane.
