7:1DEVICE_IDS, R/WS7-bit I2C ID of Serializer.
This field always indicates the current value of the I2C ID. When bit 0 of this register is 0, this field is read-only and shows the strapped ID. When bit 0 of this register is 1, this field is read/write and can be used to assign any valid I2C ID.
