7.2.2.3 Internal Regulator Bypassing

The TSER953 features three internal regulators that must be bypassed to GND. The VDDD_CAP, VDDDRV_CAP, and VDDPLL_CAP are the pins that expose the outputs of the internal regulators for bypassing. TI recommends that each pin has a 10µF, 0.1µF, and a 0.01µF capacitor to GND. The 0.01µF caps must be placed as close as practical to the bypass pins.
