7.2.1 DP 2.1 Mainlink Signal Conditioning

The TDP2004 can be used in a video source/sink systems such as PC motherboard, industrial PCs, docking stations, industrial display/signs, display monitor among other applications to boost DisplayPort mainlink signals to increase the reach of the source and sink channel. The following sections outline detailed procedures and design requirements for a typical DP 2.1 application. However, the design recommendations can be used in other use cases.
