6.3.9.3.1 LOCK_N (Lock Indicator)

By default, LOCK_N is the reclocker lock indicator, and this pin asserts low when the LMH12x9 achieves lock to a valid SMPTE data rate. The LOCK_N pin functionality can also be configured through register control to indicate CD_N (carrier detect) or INT_N (interrupt) events.
