Perforations and Connectivity

The perforation between the USB controller and TMP9R01 sensor is labeled on both sides for pin connections. Once the sensor section is detached from the controller section, the user can interface with the sensor section in two different ways:

  • Soldering wires or 0.1'' header connectors: With this approach, the user has access to all pins of the device.
Note: When interfacing with other controller boards, TI recommends to verify that pullup resistors and protection circuitry are present on any controller board for safe and proper functionality.
