The LMR36503E-Q1 is capable of ultra-high junction temperature operation up to 175°C and meets AEC-Q100 Grade 0 specifications. This device is designed to sustain high temperatures while maintaining performance and reliability. Table 8-1 shows an automotive profile of time and temperature for an LMR36503E-Q1 converter application specified with 12 000 POH at an input voltage of 65V. Power On Hours (POH) for LMR36503E-Q1 is a function of voltage, temperature, and time. Usage at higher voltages and temperatures results in a reduction in POH to achieve the same reliability performance.
