The fly-by signals include the address, control, command, and clock routing groups. The fly-by signals are composed of the fly-by routing from the DSP, stubs at each SDRAM, and terminations after the last SDRAM. The address, control, and command groups will be terminated through a 39.2-Ω resistor to VTT. The clock pairs will be terminated through 39.2-Ω resistors to a common node connected to a capacitor that is then connected to VDDQ. The KeyStone II device can be configured to present either a 40-Ω output impedance when configured for RZQ/6 (recommended for discrete components) or a 34-Ω output impedance when configured for RZQ/7 (recommended for UDIMMs). These relationships are shown in Figure 6-10.
